Section 66
Applying for a driver's license

(1) If a person who is not disqualified as per section 65 wants to get a driver's license to work as a driver in a public vehicle, he must submit an application to the authorized officer in the prescribed format.
(2) With the application under sub-section (1), the applicant must also attach the prescribed fee for driver's license, three recent passport size photographs, a certified copy of the citizenship certificate and a health certificate issued by a doctor recognized by the Government of Nepal.
